Training: 3-minute drills and the weekly plan
Short, click-only drills for every module, picked for you from your own calls; what managers see and assign.
The drill of the day
Today opens with a '3-minute drill' card. It is the module worth most to you right now: first a module your own calls suggest and you have not passed yet, then anything you have never tried, then your weakest. Tap Start; it takes two to four minutes and nothing is typed.
What a drill is
- Five to eight quick items, one at a time, with instant feedback and one line on why.
- Pick the better line: two or three things an agent could say — tap the right one.
- Match: tap an item on the left, then its partner on the right (objection → best response, forbidden phrase → fair version). A wrong tap costs a point.
- Spot the flag: a short call snippet — tap every phrase a compliance reviewer would flag.
- Put in order: the opening or the close as steps — tap them in the order they should happen.
- Fill the gap: a sentence with the risk warning or the next-step question missing — three options.
- Mini call: three turns of a scripted call; choose a reply each turn and see where it leads.
Scores
Each drill ends with a score out of 100, the time taken and your points. 80% passes. Retake as often as you like — the items shuffle. Your best score per module shows on your Training page; the Drills card lists every module with Start or Retake.
Where the content comes from
Every item was written against the desk's rules — no promises of returns, the risk sentence early, never a card number or a one-time code on the phone, a dated next step on every real conversation — and the objections that actually come up in call summaries ('is this a scam', 'no money right now', 'call me later', 'I need to think', 'I already trade elsewhere'). Nothing is generated while you play; the drill runs in your browser and only the final score is saved.
Managers
- The agent page has a 'Training drills' card: modules passed, average score, last attempt, and a chip per module with the best score.
- On an agent's Training page, assign a module as a task due in a week. Passing the drill closes that task by itself.
- The signals and the one-week AI plan are unchanged: flags, QA scores, lost objections, short calls and missed callbacks still rank what to practise, and each signal points at the module whose drill to run.
Drills cost nothing to run — the content ships with the page. The AI plan is still written on your own server from the agent's calls.
