Getting started

Signing in, the sidebar, the three dialers, and the rules every call follows.

Signing in

Your manager creates your account and extension. Sign in at the CRM address with your email and password. The sidebar shows only what your role can use — sales agents see leads and dialers, retention agents see clients, managers see reports and settings.

Three ways to make a call

DialerWhereCarrierUse it for
Call Center (softphone)inside the CRM, bottom-rightthe CRM's own trunkclick-to-call from a lead or client page, inbound queue
Relaysidebar → Relay dialer (opens a tab)pbx.im numbersthe main sales desk: auto-dial, outcomes, callbacks
Parleysidebar → Parley dialer (opens a tab)Telnyx numberssame as Relay on a second carrier

Relay and Parley sign you in automatically from the CRM (no second password). The first time, your browser asks for microphone permission — allow it once. Everything you do in a dialer (calls, outcomes, callbacks, recordings) appears on the lead in the CRM within seconds.

Rules that apply to every call

  • Wrap-up is mandatory: after a conversation you must choose an outcome before the next call. Voicemails under 20 seconds are filed automatically.
  • Attempt cap: a lead can be dialled at most 3 times per day, at least 60 minutes apart (managers can change this in Settings → Dialing). The dialer shows 'Tried today 08:35, 09:02' and 'next after 11:15'.
  • Do-not-call: a lead or client with the DNC flag cannot be dialled from any path. The DO_NOT_CALL outcome sets the flag.
  • Invalid or VoIP numbers (from the number check) are never auto-dialled.
  • Every call is recorded. Calls over 45 seconds get an AI summary on your own server; you can read your own summaries under AI summaries.
