Leads: list, filters, pools, quality

Finding the right lead fast: filters that stick, sortable columns, pools, quality flags.

Filters and sorting

Every filter on the Leads page lives in the address bar, so pressing Back after opening a lead returns you to exactly the same list — same filters, same sort, same ticked rows. Views lets you save a filter set and share it with the desk.

FilterWhat it does
Statuspipeline stage (NEW, CONTACTED, QUALIFIED, CONVERTED, LOST) or the last call outcome (voicemail, callback, not interested…)

Click any column header to sort: name, score, quality, age, country, language, source, owner, status, last call, tries, next contact, created.

Pools

Pools are simple buckets you decide on — by default Interested, Good, Not bad, Cold (managers rename them in Settings → Lead recycling & pools). Tick leads → 'Move to pool…'. The Pools row shows how many are in each; click a chip to see them. The pool is also on the lead page and in the dialers.

Quality score and flags

Each lead carries a 0–100 quality score. It starts from what we can verify (number real and mobile? email genuine? duplicate? name matches email?) and moves with what happens on the phone (answered, conversations, voicemail-only, hung up on the pitch, callbacks kept or missed). Sort by Quality to dial the most promising first. The 'Number & contact quality' card on the lead page shows the details and has a Re-check button.

Date of birth, language, time zone

Set them in the 'Working context' card on the lead page. Time zone drives the local clock shown next to the number and the 'best time to call' logic; date of birth drives Age in the dialers and the age-band filter.

Leads imported from spreadsheets only have what the spreadsheet had. If the file has no date of birth, Age stays empty until someone enters it.
