Leads in from any partner, dialled within minutes on three independent dialers, every call recorded and summarised on your own server, every customer helped on-screen through Voom, every deposit tracked to the agent who earned it. Built on a live desk, not in a slide deck.
Registered through the campaign form, was on her way out and asked to be called back at two. Wants to understand how the account works before funding.
The carriers and services a desk already pays for.
An open stack you can audit, on hardware you control.
Logos belong to their owners and indicate compatibility or use, not endorsement.
Bring your own SIP carriers; three are wired today. Any trading platform that can call our signed account API. Leads by CSV, partner push or form.
Integrations →$999, $2,999 or $5,999 a month per desk, by agent count. Enterprise priced to the desk. No cards, no lock-in.
Pricing →Workspace now. Roles, leads and numbers on day one; agents dial as soon as your carrier is connected — usually the same day.
Go-live steps →Isolated workspace, AI that never leaves your server, view-only screen share, an audit log of everything, daily verified backups.
Security →One Today screen with the day planned, one Call button on every record, a brief before each dial. Built on a live desk, refined every week with agents.

Eight things a brokerage desk needs every day — built in, wired together, and measured.
The built-in Call Center plus two standalone web dialers — Relay and Parley — each on its own PBX and carrier. Whichever an agent uses, the outcome, recording, callback and presence land on the same lead, in the same reports.
View-only screen share under your own brand. Full desktop from a computer, guided co-browse of your platform from any phone, two-way voice on the same connection, a laser pointer the customer can follow — and supervisors can watch live.
Every recorded call is transcribed and summarised on your own server, and the same local models write pre-call briefs, follow-up drafts, report digests, churn risk, QA scores and objection themes. Nothing is sent to an outside AI provider.
Affiliates and lead networks push leads to a per-partner endpoint and pull statuses, conversions and confirmed FTDs back — scoped so each partner only ever sees its own leads. TrackBox-compatible out of the box.
Every lead is checked on arrival: is the number real and mobile, is it reachable right now, is the email genuine, is it a duplicate, does the name match? Every caller ID is watched for spam damage and rested automatically before it burns out.
Retention agents get a ranked book: value tier, days since deposit, days since contact, risk flags and the next promised call — with the last AI summary attached when a lead is handed over.
Desk, live board, wallboard with targets, by-dialer and by-carrier quality, FTD & deposits, agent discipline, working day, compliance, Voom usage — plus scheduled digests and alerts with auto-actions.
Role-based access down to the capability, do-not-call enforcement in every dial path, append-only internal chat, tamper-evident audit log, tenant isolation at the database layer.
Dialers
A built-in Call Center for one-click and inbound work, and two standalone web dialers on their own PBX and carrier. Agents pick a link in the sidebar; managers see all three in the same live board and reports.
Every lead and client page has a single Call button. Press it and choose Call Center, Relay or Parley — the CRM remembers your last choice. Call Center rings your softphone; Relay and Parley open in their own tab, already signed in and dialling. Whichever you pick, the call, the recording, the outcome and the callback land on the same record and in the same reports. Do-not-call and the attempt cap are checked before any of them dials.

At most 3 dials per lead per day, 60 minutes apart — enforced in every dialer, changeable per desk.
A flagged lead or client cannot be dialled from any path. The DO_NOT_CALL outcome sets it.
After a conversation the agent must choose an outcome before the next call. Short calls and voicemails are filed automatically.
When a carrier has no free line the lead goes straight back to the queue and the partner feed never sees it.
Per-number daily cap, answer and hang-up rates against baseline; a burnt number is rested and managers told.
Invalid and VoIP numbers from the lookup are never auto-dialled.
Voom screen share
A view-only screen share sold under your own brand. One button in an email, no install, and an agent who can finally say 'I can see it — tap the blue one'.
A support agent would like to see your screen. You choose what to share and can stop at any time.
The agent sees the customer's exact page and points at the Deposit tile. The customer keeps control. Two supervisors watch, unseen.
The customer gets a branded email from your support address. Tap Start and you see their screen in your browser. The link works once, for 30 minutes.
From a computer the customer picks a window or the whole screen. You see it live, in your viewer, with a red bar on their side the whole time.
iPhone and Android cannot share a screen from a browser, so Voom co-browses the pages of your own platform instead — the customer's exact view, live.
The customer can leave 'Talk with the agent here' ticked. When a mobile call kills their data, the conversation keeps going through the page. Both sides have Mute.
A laser pointer the customer sees follow your mouse, a click-to-ring spotlight and a fading pen — purely visual. You never click, type or scroll for them.
Retention leads and managers can watch any live session, several at once. Watching is view-only by construction — an observer cannot speak, type or take control — and every watch is recorded. Tell your team and customers about supervision in your own policies where your jurisdiction requires it.
Sales agents get guided view of your platform only. Retention and senior support get full screen and watch. The split is automatic from CRM roles.
Live now, sessions today, share rate, average length, per-agent table — on the Voom dashboard and in the CRM's Voom report. Every session is in the lead's timeline and the audit log.
Whole screen or one window — the customer's choice. Any Chrome, Edge or Firefox.
Guided view of your platform pages. No app, no store, no permission prompts beyond the browser's own.
The same guided view. Apple allows screen capture only for installed apps — Voom needs none.
Guided view runs on pages you own, through a one-line script on your website and platform. Every session is written to the lead's timeline and the audit log — who, when and how long, never the screen itself.
AI on the desk
Open-source speech-to-text and a local language model on your own hardware do the paperwork, the reading and the first pass of review. Every feature is a separate switch. Every narrative may only repeat the numbers on the page — an invented figure is cut before anyone sees it.
Callback time, language, time zone and next step heard on the call. A callback task is booked only when the model is sure and nothing is already open.
In the brand voice, compliance rules enforced, opened in the composer. The agent reads and sends; nothing goes out by itself.
One paragraph before dialling, in the CRM and inside Relay and Parley: where the lead came from, what happened, what was promised, what to avoid.
The local hours this person actually answered in, learned from real answers. No language model involved.
A 0–100 score with the reason on every client, refreshed weekly and after each call. The book filters by it; owners are told at 70.
The whole history in one paragraph with key facts, promises made and things to watch, rebuilt after every call.
Desk, daily, weekly, leads & funnel, clients, FTD, sources, carrier, commission, compliance, quality, outcomes, Voom — each opens with a note on what stands out and what to do.
One per agent per week: what they do well, where conversations die, objections they lose to.
Flags, QA scores, objections, short calls and missed callbacks become ranked signals with the evidence, each pointing at a short module. Then a one-week plan per agent: exercises, rewrites of their own sentences, role-play lines. Every module has a 3-minute click-only drill — pick the better line, match objections to answers, spot the flagged phrase, mini role-plays — scored, with a drill of the day on each agent's Today screen.
Each alert carries a short why with the context around it.
Why leads say no, per source and partner, with a neutral partner-facing weekly text to copy.
Every summarised call scored against your criteria, next to the manual score. Review the low ones instead of sampling.
Which phrasing precedes a callback or conversion, which precedes a hang-up.
Flagged statements clustered weekly; internal chat checked for the same risk phrases as calls.
Card numbers, security codes, one-time codes and passwords masked in transcripts and muted on playback.
A worker on an isolated network sends recordings to Whisper on your GPU; a 27B-class open-weight model on the same box writes the rest, with a CPU fallback. No route to the internet, no outside provider.
Never changes a call outcome, never sends an email, never books a callback it is unsure of, never states a number that is not in the data.
One master switch and one switch per feature in Settings. Agents see their own calls; managers see the desk; supervisors see chat review.
Email engine
A full bulk-email platform lives inside the CRM. Lists come from your own leads and clients, templates carry the brand and the legal footer, and nothing leaves without a preflight.
Pick a template, a list and a sending identity. Preflight checks the merge fields, the unsubscribe link and the suppression overlap, a test send goes to you first, then send now or schedule. Pause, resume or cancel while it runs.
MJML templates with merge fields and conditionals, a starter library to clone, live preview. The footer, risk warning and unsubscribe link are part of the template, so no send can go out without them.
Bounces, complaints and unsubscribes are suppressed automatically and honoured by campaigns, agent one-to-one mail and automatic mail alike. Do-not-call blocks email too.
Agents pick a recipient from their own book, choose a branded template or write plain text, and send from their own address. Replies land in their mailbox; the send lands on the timeline.
Funnel welcome and platform login details go out on arrival. Every attempt is claimed first and logged as sent, failed or skipped with a reason — an email that silently never went is impossible.
SMTP, Amazon SES or SendGrid identities, verified before use, with a per-second rate limit each. Queued sending that survives restarts. Bulk rights are limited to supervisors.
Open and click tracking per campaign, delivery and bounce counts, complaint rate. An overview across campaigns on the Emails home.
Voom invitations, login details, welcome mails and campaigns all leave through the same engine and the same identities — one place to look when something did not arrive.
From the CRM's own leads and clients — a filtered view becomes a list, consent source recorded.
Clone from the library or paste your own MJML. Preview with real merge fields.
Missing fields, missing unsubscribe, suppressed recipients — caught before the first message leaves.
Queued at the identity's rate. Pause or cancel at any moment.
Delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, complained — per campaign and across the desk.
Overview with the one-to-one composer, send history and campaign stats.
Overview · Campaigns · Templates · Lists · Contacts · Suppressions · Sending setup — tabs a role cannot use are hidden, not greyed.
Reps: one-to-one mail to their own book and templates to use. Managers and admins: campaigns, lists, suppressions, sending identities.
Modules
Forty-two modules and fifteen reports, all sharing one lead record, one call log and one audit trail. Each card says what the module actually does.
Everything an agent touches between a lead arriving and a client being created.
The desk's working list, fast enough to live in all day.
One screen that tells an agent what to do next.
The built-in softphone on the CRM's own PBX.
Standalone web dialer on pbx.im, opened from the sidebar.
The same dialer engine on Telnyx, an independent second line.
One card that answers 'is this lead real and reachable?'
The follow-up that lifts contact rates.
Sort the book into buckets and dial the most promising first.
Pipelines for anything that takes more than one call to close.
Promises kept on time.
The right words on the lead page.
From the first deposit onward: the book, the money, the documents, the customer's screen.
A ranked book, not an alphabetical list.
No cold starts when a lead becomes a client.
See what the customer sees while you help them.
Every unit of client money with a name on it.
First deposits tracked to the agent who earned them.
A token link, no password to forget.
Controls and workflows for your compliance process.
Introducing brokers, paid correctly without a spreadsheet.
A full bulk-email engine inside the CRM, so campaigns, one-to-one mail and automatic mail all share one suppression list.
Bulk sends to a list, from a template, through your own identity.
Branded, responsive email built once and reused everywhere.
Who you may mail, and who you may not.
Personal mail from the lead or client page, on the record.
Mail that goes out with nobody watching, and never twice.
Your reputation, under your control.
What the desk did, what it should do next, and what to listen to.
Every recorded call, read for you — on your server.
Questions answered from the docs; tickets triaged before a person opens them.
What each agent should practise, from their own calls — and a 3-minute drill to practise it.
The model does the paperwork after the call.
Reports that explain themselves.
Risk you can act on, review you can scale.
Fifteen reports, all from the same call log.
The room, right now.
Problems that come to the manager, not the other way round.
Machines filed without an agent's time.
Coaching with evidence.
Who did what, when — and nothing can be edited out.
The plumbing: partners in, numbers out, one workspace per brokerage.
Affiliates push leads in and read statuses back.
Know which partner sends real people.
Three trunks, one routing rule.
The client exists on the platform the moment they exist in the CRM.
Rules that run the boring parts.
Internal communication that stays inside, and on record.
Access per capability, not per screen.
One deployment, many brokerages, no shared rows.
A lead's day
No hand-offs by spreadsheet. Every step is timestamped, so you can see where minutes are lost.
From a partner push, an import, a signup form or a survey. Scored, deduplicated, verified, stamped with its partner and source.
Round-robin to the agents you tick, with caps and weights — or in batches from any filtered list.
Auto-dial or one click, on whichever of the three dialers the desk uses. The right caller ID for the country, on a carrier with a free line.
Mandatory wrap-up. Recording, transcript and AI summary attached to the lead. Callbacks land in Today.
Client record, platform login, deposit confirmed by finance, then the retention book takes over — with Voom when they need a hand on the platform.
Go live
A desk moves in over a day or two. The only thing we need from you that takes time is the carrier login.
A brokerage already has a system. This is how the data comes across, and how it leaves again.
CSV import in the app: mapped, deduplicated, scored and stamped with a source. Any size, in batches.
Client book, deposits and notes loaded by us during onboarding from your export, with a validation pass you sign off before agents see it.
Existing partner pushes re-pointed to your intake keys; each partner keeps its own status feed.
Your DIDs and trunks move with you. Nothing about your telephony has to change.
Leads and clients export to CSV at any time. Your data is yours.

Security & control
Recordings, transcripts and client data stay where you run the platform. The AI stack runs on an isolated network with no route to the internet. Screen share is receive-only for the agent by construction. Access is granted per capability, not per screen, and everything an agent or manager does is in the audit log.
Compliance tooling, not legal certification. TradeCRM gives a brokerage the controls and workflows to run its compliance process — do-not-call, recording, flagged-call review, KYC documents, audit. Regulatory compliance stays the responsibility of the licensed entity.
Security or data questions, subprocessor list, backup and access details: sales@tradecrm.digital.

Resilience and reach. The Call Center lives inside the CRM for one-click and inbound work. Relay and Parley are standalone web dialers on their own PBX and carrier, so a carrier problem, a channel cap or a burnt number pool on one line never stops the desk. Agents switch by clicking a sidebar link; managers see all three in the same live board and reports.
No. Bring your own SIP carriers — the dialers sit on their own PBX and route per number. Bitcall, pbx.im and Telnyx are wired today; the Parley engine also speaks Twilio Programmable Voice. Adding a carrier is configuration, not code.
Yes, through guided view. Apple does not let a web page share the phone screen, so Voom co-browses the pages of your own platform instead: the agent sees exactly what the customer sees on your site, live, and can point at things. From a computer the customer can share the whole desktop.
No, by construction. The agent's viewer can only receive; the customer sees a red bar for the whole session and can mute or stop at any moment. Nothing is recorded. The CRM logs who, when and how long — never what was on the screen.
On your server. Transcription and summaries run locally (Whisper + an on-premise language model) on an isolated network with no internet route. Nothing is uploaded to an AI provider.
Never. Every lead is stamped with the credential that delivered it, and the status feed returns only that partner's leads — by design, not by filter.
A refused dial is not an attempt: the lead goes straight back to the queue, the agent gets a plain message, and the partner feed never sees it. Real rejects (dead numbers) are still recorded as such. If a carrier keeps failing, the breaker moves the desk to the next trunk.
Rotation across carriers and numbers, a per-number daily cap, a per-lead attempt cap, and a health check that compares every number's answer and hang-up rates with its own baseline — a number that starts looking burnt is rested automatically for a few days and managers are told. Plus a checklist for registering your numbers with Hiya and Truecaller.
Whether a lead is real and reachable — not a profile. Automatic checks send only the phone number or email address to an accountable provider: number type and live reachability (Telnyx, Vonage), whether the address has a history (Have I Been Pwned, with your own key), a public avatar and display name (Gravatar, as a hash). Nothing from social profiles is stored; the search buttons on the lead card open pre-filled searches and keep nothing. Managers can run two manual tools for one suspicious lead at a time, by hand. Bulk profiling of individuals is not something the system does, by design. Results live on the lead card with the lead.
No product does. TradeCRM gives you the controls: do-not-call enforced in every dial path, every call recorded, flagged statements queued for review, KYC documents collected and tracked, an audit log of every action, view-only supervision that is recorded. How you use them, and what your jurisdiction requires, remains the responsibility of the licensed entity.
Leads import from CSV inside the app — mapped, deduplicated and scored — in batches of any size. Clients, deposits and notes are loaded by us during onboarding from your export, with a validation pass you sign off before agents see it. Partner feeds are re-pointed to your intake keys. Your numbers and carriers come with you.
Yes. Each brokerage gets an isolated workspace with its own users, numbers, partners and settings, enforced at the database layer.
Create a workspace, invite the team, bring your carriers. First calls the same day.
