Managers
Caller IDs, carriers and spam protection
How numbers are chosen, capped, watched and rested; the pbx.im and Telnyx trunks.
Carriers
Relay calls leave on pbx.im, Parley calls on Telnyx, the CRM softphone on Bitcall or pbx.im (Settings → Carrier). Each caller ID belongs to one carrier; picking the number picks the trunk. Numbers are managed under Call Center → Numbers.
Rotation and caps
- Country-aware: UK leads get UK numbers, US leads the US number.
- Sticky: a lead you have called before sees the same number again.
- Mobile numbers are weighted 2×.
- Per-number daily cap (Settings → cliDailyDialCap, default 300).
- Per-lead attempt cap (3/day, 60 min apart).
Caller-ID health
Every hour each number's answer rate, hang-up-within-5-seconds rate, straight-to-voicemail rate and conversation rate are compared with its own 7-day baseline. A number that looks burnt is rested automatically for 3 days (never the last number of a carrier) and managers are alerted; the Carrier report shows the verdicts and lets you Rest or Unrest by hand.
Protect our numbers checklist
- Register every number with Hiya Connect and Truecaller Verified Business (links on Reports → Sources).
- Keep one test handset per UK network (EE, O2, Vodafone, Three); call it from each number once a day and note what the screen shows.
- Keep the caps on. Don't dial one number 500 times a day.
