How billing works
- Paid plans are billed per workspace per month, in advance, in USDC on the Polygon network.
- For each period we provide a payment address and the exact amount. Send that amount to that address; once the payment is confirmed on-chain your plan is extended by the period paid.
- Send only the specified asset (USDC) on the specified network (Polygon), to the specified address, within the quoted window. Payments in the wrong asset, on the wrong network, or to the wrong address may be unrecoverable and are your responsibility.
- You pay network (gas) fees; we credit the USDC amount actually received.
Non-payment
If a period is not paid, the workspace may be suspended until payment is received. Your data is retained for a reasonable period during suspension.
Refunds
Because payments settle on a public blockchain and are irreversible, fees are non-refundable and are not pro-rated on cancellation or suspension, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@tradecrm.digital and we will review in good faith.
