Your compliance responsibility
You are solely responsible for the legality of your calling and messaging campaigns and your data processing in every jurisdiction you operate in or contact, including telecommunications, telemarketing, consumer-protection, financial-services, anti-fraud and data-protection laws. The service gives you tools (caller-ID controls, do-not-call flags, consent fields, audit logs); using them lawfully is your responsibility.
